Termination of danger

The transitional rules related to the end of the emergency are amended as follows in relation to the Occupational Safety and Health Act:

  1. § (1) Among the periodic reviews for occupational safety purposes, it can be postponed until the 60th day after the end of the emergency
  2. a) XCIII of 1993 on labor protection. periodical safety review of dangerous work equipment defined in § 23 (1) of the Act,
  3. b) 10/2016 on the minimum level of safety and health requirements for work tools and their use. (IV. 5.) NGM decree [hereinafter: 10/2016. (IV. 5.) NGM Decree] periodic inspection review of non-hazardous work equipment specified in § 16 and § 17 (1),
  4. c) in the case of electrical equipment
  5. ca) of 10/2016. (IV. 5.) Inspection by a mechanic according to Section 19 (2) of the NGM Decree,
  6. cb) of 10/2016. (IV. 5.) Standardization review according to Section 19 (3) of the NGM Decree,
  7. cc) of 10/2016. (IV. 5.) Periodic control review by mechanic inspection according to Section 19 (6) of the NGM Decree,
  8. cd) of 10/2016. (IV. 5.) Periodic control review with standardization review according to Section 19 (7) of the NGM Decree,
  9. d) 47/1999 on the issuance of the Lifting Machine Safety Regulations. (VIII. 4.) GM decree Appendix Chapter I 7.2.7. lifting machine structural and main inspection according to
  10. e) 143/2004 on the issuance of the Welding Safety Regulations. (XII. 22.) GKM decree Appendix 8.1. periodical inspection of welding equipment and safety fittings according to

(2) The medical validity of driver's licenses that expired during the emergency and are necessary for the performance of certain activities during work shall be extended until 60 days after the emergency has ended.
