Maintaining our health while working at home

Do not forget that detailed instructions are given not only for the normal work session, but also for the home office (working at home) in Act XCIII of 1993 (Work Protection Act) and its implementing decree (50/1999. (XI.3.9 EüM decree), which specifically defines the rules for working in front of a screen. If you believe that you have done everything to ensure that the physical conditions of work comply with the provisions of the legislation, then please think about the harmful physical effects caused by sedentary work, which have a large impact on health also for effects.

 In our short video, which can be viewed below, we have put together a series of short gymnastics exercises that can be performed by everyone. If the above-mentioned legislation already requires the inclusion of 10 minutes of other activities per hour while working in front of the screen, then we ask you to train your employees to devote a few minutes to these exercises during these breaks in order to preserve their own health!
