Within the framework of the occupational safety and health service, we regularly conduct fire and occupational safety inspections and inspections in the territory of our clients in accordance with our IT audit system, which has been developed and relied on more than 25 years of experience.

Occupational safety service steps

The irregularity experienced during the on-site inspection and our proposals for the necessary measures are recorded in the internet-based software developed by us. The purpose of creating the software was to manage fire and occupational safety tasks and to monitor their time. This program allows for the recording and inheritance of audited and found to be compliant or audited but non-compliant findings that deviate from the law until the date of correction. Suitable for immediate and concerted recording of findings during the walk. Upon completion of the task, the program automatically prepares a report in pdf format, which contains the findings of compliance and non-compliance. We can even forward this report in pdf format to our partners immediately, from the site.

As agreed, we carry out fire and occupational safety inspections on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or possibly annual basis, but we are also prepared to perform daily tasks by separate agreement.

In the case of the construction and rental of new sites, or the conversion of new or existing sites, we provide preliminary advice and participate in official licensing.

As part of the occupational safety and health service, we make a proposal to improve occupational safety and health to the required level, to further increase it, and to eliminate the deficiencies revealed and indicated in writing during the inspections.

We will prepare the necessary occupational safety documents (Operational Logs, Occupational Safety Regulations, Risk Assessment, Medical Examination Scheme, Personal Protective Equipment Benefit Scheme, Training Materials and Topics).

We retain training for new entrants as well as annual recurring fire and occupational safety training (as needed e-learning system).

We fully investigate and register accidents at work with our Partners, and we provide assistance in reporting to the authorities. We provide 24-hour availability for major accidents and immediate reporting and investigation obligations (serious, mass, fatal accidents)
