Lifting machine inspection

47/1999 on the Safety Regulations for Lifting Machines. (VIII.4.), The operator of the hoist is obliged to ensure the maintenance of the safe condition of the hoist, the existence of periodic inspections of the hoist and the professional and regular performance of maintenance.
A hoist expert is entitled to carry out a periodic inspection of the hoist.

Hoist Review - Who Can Perform It and At What Periods?

Periodic safety review is required every 5 years at the latest.

A person with a specialist qualification and occupational safety qualification or a person authorized to do so by a separate legal act or an accredited institution is entitled to perform an examination.

The operator of the machine is obliged to carry out the periodic inspection required by the Safety Regulations for the Lifting Machine, which consists of several parts:
